Becky Graber, founder and director, leads the chorus of more than eighty local women and girls. This session’s songs touch on the idea of “home” in all its many forms, including “Our House” by Graham Nash and arranged by Graber, “No Mirrors,” by Ysaye Barnwell, and “Spirit Song,” by Bill Staines. Accompanying the chorus will be singer/songwriter Lisa McCormick on guitar and Julian McBrowne on bass. McCormick will also sing one of her new compositions, entitled, “Levitate,” with backup vocals from the chorus.

Painter and photographer Jeffrey Stuker received a B.F.A. from Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, in 2002, and an M.F.A. from Yale School of Art in 2005. He has had recent solo exhibitions at Oni Gallery, Boston; Baumgartner Gallery, New York; and the Institut im Glaspavillon, Berlin. Mr. Stuker was appointed lecturer at Yale in 2006 and lives and works in Guilford, Connecticut.
